Note

ZER0ONE OÜ (Estonia) is currently being incorporated via the Estonian e-Residency programme. Mandatory identifiers that are issued only upon entry into the Estonian Business Register (Äriregister) — Registry Code, VAT number and board member's name — are explicitly flagged as pending here and will be filled in immediately after registration. Until then, I, Michael Jajagin, act personally as an independent software engineer based in Bogojevo, Republic of Serbia.

Activity: independent software engineer (acting as a natural person / freelancer) — cloud rendering, full-stack and data engineering for B2B clients.

Address: Dunavska obala 79, 25245 Bogojevo, Republic of Serbia.

Brand / public presence: ZER0ONE (wordmark). The website and brand communication operate under the "ZER0ONE" mark. See the next section for the planned company formation.

Legal entity in formation: ZER0ONE OÜ (Estonia)

Status: registration of ZER0ONE OÜ with the Estonian Business Register (Äriregister) is currently in preparation via the Estonian e-Residency programme.

Planned legal form: Osaühing (OÜ) — private limited company under Estonian law.

Planned registered seat: Tallinn, Republic of Estonia (EU member state).

Until registration completes, Michael Jajagin acts as a natural person (see service-provider section above), based in Bogojevo (Republic of Serbia), and bears personal responsibility. Estonian Registry Code, VAT number and board member will be added once registration completes.

Why Estonia: as a fully digital EU company, the OÜ fits a cross-border B2B software business. The Estonian legal form is instantly verifiable via the Äriregister for all EU authorities and payment providers.

Authorised representation

Until registration of ZER0ONE OÜ with the Estonian Business Register: representation by Michael Jajagin in person. The board member of the future OÜ will be appointed once registration completes.

Responsible for content

Responsible under § 18 (2) MStV (DE) and equivalent Serbian law: Michael Jajagin, address as above.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online-dispute-resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content & links

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the applicable general laws.

We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block content upon knowledge of a violation remain unaffected. Liability, however, is only possible from the moment a specific violation becomes known.

For external links, only the respective providers are responsible for the content.

Copyright

Content and works created by the operator are subject to Serbian copyright law and international conventions.

Reproduction, modification, distribution or any form of exploitation beyond the scope of copyright law require the operator's written consent.

Privacy

1. Data controller

The controller for data processing on this website is Michael Jajagin (acting as a natural person / independent software engineer; ZER0ONE OÜ Estonia in formation), address: Dunavska obala 79, 25245 Bogojevo, Republic of Serbia, contact: [email protected].

Applicable law: the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU visitors, as well as the Serbian Law on the Protection of Personal Data (ZZLP, Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti). Once ZER0ONE OÜ (Estonia) is registered, the GDPR additionally applies as the law of the registered seat.

2. What data we collect

Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), selected project type, message.

Server logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp, requested URL. Captured automatically by the reverse proxy (nginx).

Cookies: strictly technical cookies only. Specifically one cookie to remember the language preference (de / sr / en). No tracking, no analytics, no third-party cookies, no marketing pixels.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Contact form: answering your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a contractual relationship. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) or (a) (consent). Analogous to Art. 12 ZZLP.

Server logs: ensuring technical operation, defending against abuse and attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Language cookie: technical necessity for providing a multilingual site.

4. Retention

Contact-form data is stored until your enquiry has been fully handled and deleted at the latest 24 months after the last contact if no contractual relationship arises.

Server logs are retained for up to 14 days and automatically deleted afterwards, unless a longer retention is required to investigate a specific security incident.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data is shared with third parties only with the following processors and only to the extent technically necessary:

(a) Hosting: the servers are operated by a hosting provider within the European Union. A data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. No data is transferred outside the EU as part of hosting.

(b) Inbound email hosting: incoming emails to addresses under zer0one.codes are processed by Namecheap Private Email (Namecheap, Inc., 4600 East Washington Street, Suite 305, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA). Legal basis for the transfer to the USA: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

(c) Outbound email (active since 2026-04-17): outgoing transactional emails (e.g. replies to enquiries) are sent via Resend, Inc. (2261 Market Street #4242, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Legal basis for the transfer to the USA: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. Outgoing mail is delivered from the verified sender domain zer0one.codes with DKIM/SPF/DMARC authentication.

No further sharing of your data with third parties takes place — in particular not for marketing or profiling purposes.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of GDPR and ZZLP, you have the following rights at any time:
